1. Buy the piece
Choose a piece from the catalogue and complete the purchase. Every piece is one of a kind: buying holds it in your name for 3 hours. Payment is not taken on the site: you arrange it over WhatsApp.

The piece is held for you for 3 hours on every purchase.

The site does not charge you. Choose bank transfer, cash, or a Mercado Pago link and coordinate payment directly with SAIKL over WhatsApp.

We confirm every purchase over WhatsApp and arrange dispatch or pickup according to the delivery method you chose.

Because every piece is unique, we cannot exchange it for the same piece in another size. If it does not fit, you can return it within the window and choose another.

You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece for any reason, as long as it comes back in the same condition in which you received it.
