Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a piece, for any reason, as guaranteed by Uruguay's Consumer Protection Law 17.250. To be eligible, the garment must come back in the same condition you received it.

Return Conditions

To be accepted for return, the piece must:

  • Be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn and unwashed.
  • Have any tags or labels still attached.
  • Show no new damage, stains, or alterations.
  • Be accompanied by your order number or purchase confirmation.

How to Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email hola@saikl.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will respond with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely and send them back as instructed.
  4. Once we receive and check the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are coordinated with you over WhatsApp within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, using the same method you paid with (bank transfer, cash, or Mercado Pago). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. You pay the shipping to send a return back, unless the piece arrived damaged or clearly different from how it was described.

Exchanges

Because every garment at Saikl is one of a kind, we cannot exchange a piece for the same item in a different size. If a piece doesn't work out, return it within 14 days and choose a different one instead.

A Note on Second-Hand Pieces

Every Saikl piece is pre-loved and reviewed by hand before listing. Please keep in mind:

  • Minor, honest signs of wear described in the listing are not grounds for return.
  • Each garment's condition and any visible detail are shown on its product page before you buy.
  • If a piece arrives in a worse condition than described, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Misdescribed Items

If a piece arrives damaged or clearly different from how it was described, contact us at hola@saikl.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We will arrange a full refund at no additional cost to you.
