Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Saikl online store (saikl.uy), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our store. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
User Accounts
You may create an account to track orders and manage your preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pieces and Pricing
Saikl sells curated second-hand garments. Each piece is one of a kind, so once it sells it is no longer available and is not restocked. All prices are listed in Uruguayan pesos (UYU) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, photos, and condition grades, but minor signs of wear are part of buying second-hand. Prices displayed at the time of your order confirmation are final.
Orders and Purchases
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Once confirmed, the piece is held in your name for 3 hours. Because each piece is unique, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a purchase at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or if a piece is no longer available. The site does not process any payment: you choose a method (bank transfer, cash, or a Mercado Pago link) and coordinate payment directly with SAIKL over WhatsApp within 3 hours.
Shipping
Orders are coordinated within Uruguay. Shipping is $350 UYU within Montevideo and $500 UYU to the interior. We coordinate dispatch or pickup directly with you over WhatsApp once the purchase is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as those caused by an external courier.
Returns and Refunds
You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as it is returned in the same condition you received it. The refund is coordinated with you over WhatsApp, using the same method you paid with (bank transfer, cash, or Mercado Pago). Because each garment is unique, we cannot offer same-item size exchanges. Intellectual Property
All content on saikl.uy — including text, images, logos, design, and software — is the exclusive property of Saikl and is protected by Uruguayan and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Saikl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products, to the maximum extent permitted by Uruguayan law. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.
Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered customers by email.
